Bacne is never enjoyable especially when your workout gear is mainly sports bras or tank tops.  Not to mention Spring and Summer will be here before you know it too and then there's the tanks and swimsuits.  If your struggling with this, you are totally not alone!  I feel ya people, I myself am going through this at the moment so I have a few tips that I have been doing at home and it does not take much time at all :)  Best of all, you probably already have all of these items.

Tea Tree Oil- This is good to help get rid of that skin dwelling bacteria.  You can use essential oil just grap a cotton ball and wipe on skin. You can also get a body wash that uses Tree Tree Oil as a key ingredient, that will help alleviate it too.

Exfoliate- By doing so it removes dead skin cells from your skin which can keep those pores from clogging. Try getting some honey and a little brown sugar for a quick and easy nice body scrub! O-M-G! I love me some scrub! :)

Cleansing Pads- Get any OTC acne pads. The salicylic acid helps to unclog those pores. 

These are just a few things to try for mild acne, if you have like deep or painful acne this is probably not  for you, if this is the case you should see a dermatologist.  I have one last thing to leave ya'll with, its a homemade super quick n easy Spot Treatment using Tomato & Apple Cider Vinegar. (IK it sounds gross)

Items needed: 1 Tomato, Apple Cider Vinegar & Cotton Pads

All you do is puree 1 tomato in blender, pour into a bottle with a lid. Mix 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar. Just mix it lightly with a spoon. Get a cotton pad soak with some of that liquid and apply to the problem area, leave on for about 10 min then rinse it off.
